I had my first appointment at this endocrinology practice a few weeks ago, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! Dr. Sleman was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly discuss my health concerns regarding my diabetes management. I appreciated how he didn't rush through the consultation and made sure to answer all my questions. The staff was friendly, and the facility was tidy. However, I did notice that the wait time was longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. It was over 30 minutes before I was called in, but I think it was worth the wait given the quality of care I received. I felt like my health was truly being prioritized. I left with a clear plan and follow-up steps, which made me feel empowered. Overall, a solid experience with some minor room for improvement in scheduling!
